Why you should respond to this survey 1 – In 2007, what was your gross photography revenue from the self-employed aspect of your business? (Do not include salaried income earned from working for an organization you do not wholly own. Do not include non-photography related revenue.) $
– What were your gross expenses related to the above photography income? (If you pay yourself a salary, do not include that as an expense. Your salary will be calculated as part of profit.) $

- What was the approximate percent of the gross revenue figure you listed in question one that was earned from the following:
– What percentage of your Stock Photography revenue comes from:
– Association membership
– In what state do you reside?
- If you have part time assistants or employees please list one number that represents the sum total hours all employees worked during 2007. (Count full time workers as 2,000 hours. If you had two full time employees the number to be listed in the blank would be 4,000. Since many photographers used part-time assistants this is a way to assess the relative amount of support help necessary to achieve the above revenue figures. If your spouse works in the business either part-time or full-time include those hours. If you pay part-time assistants by the day count one day as 8 hours even if the assistant happened to be on duty more than 8 hours for one days pay. Do not include your own hours worked.)
